What he was basically saying is that the "customers" that attend games are far more important than those who only watch on TV. Simply the most unbelievable thing have ever heard a team president utter....he literally just told the vast majority of Oiler fans that they dont matter compared to those who can afford to purchase tickets. Again I use that word stunning in regards to Lowe....simply the most inept man in hockey today.
