The likeability only goes so far, and I don't know if its going to carry him through the pressure. We've already seen Trudeau throw a hissy fit when the Sun didn't treat him like a crown fit, and love them or hate them, Trudeau has to show an even keel and good leadership in the face of enormous pressure.
I think its going to be a very interesting two years of Canadian Politics and I can only say its about time.
We said the same thing about Iggy, he's more likeable and more charismatic then Harper and certainly had a very good resume, and it didn't matter.
The X-factor here is Mulcair who is not going to cooperate with Trudeau's desire to at least move back into the official opposition house, and the NDP this time is even better funded and positioned then under the last election.

Wow, desperate times call for desperate measures I guess. Now you're planting the seeds to paint Ignatieff as charismatic and likeable? Thou doth protest too much!
