It's the regional representative that the most people wanted. It's not perfect but IMO it's still a lot better than pure proportional representation in a country/province as large as ours as this way at least ensures that some of your local concerns are being represented.
I wouldn't be opposed to having some kind of mix of FPTP and PR though.
