When he has the puck and the time and space he's used to in the KHL, maybe, but outside of that he's lost. Whether Hartley stays or goes (and just because he's throw in the towel and playing young guys now doesn't change things) he's certainly not going to play a guy he likely hates and sees has no future in the league.
