I know you think your opinion is always the correct and final say in matters, but I think you are wrong. This is not a guy hopping out of his car at a light, this is someone essentially running someone off the road to confront them.
But again, I asked what would happen if a report like this was made:
"Likely someone would be sent out to question the guy that stopped her and get his side of the story."
"If the woman was boxed in, and forced to stop on a freeway, this is a very serious incident. Especially if he got out of his car and threatened her."
I know there are a few law enforcement individuals on this board, I would like to hear their opinion.
