Teams NEED to lose eventually. They need to cycle through, hit the bottom in order to start the climb back up. Otherwise they will forever be stuck in the middle, always being passed by teams that are filled with fresh, young talent.
This franchise deserves better than that and this year is their chance to do it. It's only eight-frickin-games. Do you really want to experience year 5 of missing the playoffs next year?

Wrong, I just understand that it takes more than one high draft pick to rebuild a club. Plus I just don't cheer for tanking. I don't think there is anything wrong with that.
