Hey guys, I have to give my yard a little TLC this summer. Any ideas on what I should be paying for someone to come and fertilize and apply weed control a half dozen times or so? I will also need power raking and aeration.

Dr. Green offered one of my neighbors to do the above services for a cost of $360, I have no idea if that is a good deal.
