This summer these guys are closer to being Flames buyouts rather than increased trade value. The other teams with cap room will be looking to get get guys like these AND a second round pick for a third round pick..... The teams in cap trouble might be interested in these 2-3.5 M contracts if the Flames take back their 6M mistakes.
However you might be able to get a 4th pick for Stajan or Stempniak as a rental at next trade deadline.... more for 2 months of Cammalleri.

Stajan and Stempniak, the Flames 2 best forwards this season will each be worth more than a 4th rd pick each.
Good value contracts, as well.
Why would they not be attractive to other teams, pre -draft?
