Madison's Grill for a more fancy relaxed atmosphere. Underrated gem.
Manor Cafe if you are closer to 124th street. Highly recommended
Ruths Chris, hardware grill, and Pampas (brazilian steakhouse) are also around. Chop just opened in a nely renovated space in the Utton Place Hotel, but so far it has been meh...
For Italian, pazzo pazzo is ok. Piccolino's is great. Sorrentino's is there, but tends to be grossly over garlic'd, which is awful if you are going back to work.
If you need more or want to run a suggestion past me basedon the type of client, pm me.

i also take clients to the 100 club. KC is bang on about Chop; i was really looking forward to a classy lunch place on the north side of downtown and both times i have been in there i have been disappointed. maybe it will get better but for the cost of things i haven't actually been impressed.
