For you this wasn't a problem and therefore wasn't really unwanted touching. However if a man in your situation was upset, scared, felt violated, etc then that assault would have been the same regardless of gender.
If a person feels they have been victimized than an assault has taken place. I don't think you can project your ideals of sexuality onto other people.
