First overall to Colorado who takes Jones.
Second overall to Florida who take Drouin.
Third overall to Carolina who takes MacKinnon.
Fourth overall to Calgary who takes Barkov.
Not sure that I am entirely sold on him. That is why if Columbus finishes in the bottom 9 I would trade the fourth overall for their three first round draft picks. With that pick I take either Monahan or Lindholm.
Then I would trade the Penguins or Blues draft pick (whichever team goes farther in the playoffs) to Montreal for the Flames, Predators, and Canadiens second picks. If the Penguins/Blues pick is in the 27-30 range then I would also send our third round pick.
Instead of having four picks in the first three rounds, you could end up with seven picks in the first two rounds. If it is a deep draft then you should be able to find prospects that will fill up five of your future top nine positions up front and two top four defensemen.
