This happened to a guy when I was in training at CFB Borden. Young guy, probably still a virgin, 2 girls got him drunk and took him home. He went to the police and had a real hard time with it. They had tied him up and done things, tried to get him to do things. I don't think too many guys would be all that enthuzed to have some girl they aren't interested in shoving their snapper in your face, blowing you, exposing you to disease, etc.
Anyone who think this isn't assault and worthy of charges is a f***ing idiot.
