The Panthers have shown some try as of late and the Canes are on a slide but I don't see them losing out. Don't rule out the Lightning who seem to be overmatched most nights (+7 goal differential is truly puzzling for such a poor record). The Avalanche will not win another game this season so 30th is out of the equation but 29th is up for grabs and you can make an argument that the Flames may not win another game looking at their schedule. All is not lost yet.
