I thought Hartley had success in junior and the AHL. I am not sure the argument that 'he can't coach and mentor kids'...he made his team in Euro better with veterans right?

Let's say we promote Troy Ward as Associate Coach and let him be in the mix for this transition. And see who deserves to be the head coach.

Sometimes I had a feeling that Harley may just resign himself...
