So with all that being said, I think that Brent is a good coach (given his pedigree and his results prior to Calgary), but the organization has moved on. Hartley is the coach let's see what he can do with the core that's left and the kids coming in.

Well Mr Tanguay, you and the team sure showed Brent didn't you? Got him fired, and got one of your buddies hired and had the shackles taken off, and now you guys are playing great, eh?
Hated his re-signing and every time I watch him I cringe, especially now that his only reason for being here is gone. Guy has no heart and is only a Stanley Cup champion because he was in the right place at the right time. The Avs knew he wasn't a core guy and got rid of him and he's done nothing but prove them right ever since.
