Ha North Carolina also thinks it's okay for thousands of people to drive and park huge trucks directly on the beach, a few feet away from the water. It's a good thing there a few areas that prohibit it but really it's pretty horrendous. And for some of these idiots running over the wildlife is something to do for fun.
It's amazing how different NC and SC are. So much for "the Carolinas".
