Show me one organization who has had a worse track record than us when it comes to the draft. Sadly, the only organization that may rival us in overall futility is Tampa Bay... well, you know the story.
I get that the last two drafts look fairly pretty, but prospects always look great 2 years out. Last year we were talking about how we had a 5th round steal in Ferland. The year before, it was the surprising Patrick Holland. Matt Keetley and Kevin Lalande were the tandem of the future. Or Adam Cracknall, who was 6'4 and had a great shot.

The head scout has remained, but we have done a overhaul of our scouts as well.
I agree Todd has a pretty bad track record, but he was also hindered by Darryl Sutter and his insistence on certain things.
