What you want to do is wait for the next NHL game to be released. Fire up the roster manager and drop all the balast, then move all the prospects over from their various junior teams (or create them if you have to), put on the rose-colored glasses and edit their ratings until they match your best case scenario. Imagine a world where the rebuild is over.
