Multiple times.
Ken king has also stated this team would never rebuild either. Its hilarious to think just a few weeks ago this franchise was going for it by adding O'reilly and have no gone completely the other direction in a few days.....reeks of mass confusion and terrible management.
Worse yet, this crew is basically holding all the cards for this rebuild.
