3 years isn't terrible if right now he's still producing team-leading stats. That hockey sense and playmaking ability doesn't subside with age like other things. Teams should recognize this and see him as a set-up man for one of their top guns, Especially Detroit. They're really lacking that kind of support for their top guys. And other places may already have their snipers, but could use a pure passer like Tanguay.
