The biggest thing here is that Kippers contract was built so that he would be easily traded in the last 2 years of it. The large cap hit low salary was supposed to appeal to low budget teams looking to hit the salary floor. He knew this when he signed it, and now he's refusing to be traded even though his NTC is gone?
I have mixed feeling on this.
