He is, and can continue to be one of the better goalies in the NHL (this seasons numbers aside) but apparently his heart is not in it anymore. If that is the case then the team can not allow him to play in any more games. If he is only playing half-hearted to finish the season what message does that send to his teammates. He has been the backbone of the team since he arrived in town and deserves everyones respect, but he also should respect the fans and the organization and continue to apply himself 100% to the task at hand.

Wouldn't that be the same message the management is sending by getting rid of the 2 best players on the team? The plug has been pulled on this season.
