I would look at finding another goalie outside the organization. I think that the best case scenario would be for us to venture once again into the euro market and sign someone like Antti Raanta who is dominating the sm-liiga. Have the three goalies duke it out in camp. The winner starts the runner up becomes the backup and the third goalie joins Brossoit on the farm.

That way it doesn't cost much in terms of assets departing, basically just cash, and you will have 3 chances at finding a Hiller or Backstrom type to replace Kipper.
