I commend the Flames for trying to find goalies. Since Vernon, or even Kidd (4th all time in Flames goalie wins) they haven't drafted and kept any of them. Seeing Craig Anderson in the 3rd round of 1999 draft is hilarious now.

If there's one area Calgary has lucked out on multiple occasions, it's goaltending.

Edit - The Brodeur trade was still awful as well.
