Yeah, I don't usually have a problem with it myself, it is my colleagues that are looking for an alternative as they generally do not like the reliability of skype. It's dropped a few times for us, though - only a group of 4 as well, voice only.

Usually, yes, but not always. Sometimes one member is on satelite internet and others will be accessing skype via their smartphones. Technology is fricken amazing... seriously.
