But if Cammy gets you a 1st at next year's deadline, why do you do this? Yes we need quality but you will get quality in the 1st round. We are building from the ground up so we can't bank on a couple of good players - look where that got us with Iggy. We need to draft a team and all positions. Think of it like lottery tickets, the more you have, the greater the chance you will win. But if you go for 1 x $20 ticket vs. 4 x $5 tickets, you have a greater chance of missing which has been known to happen with 1st rounders (Stefan/Daigle). I do hope we keep our picks and draft a number of good players instead of swinging for the fences all out in order to get a couple of picks in the top 3.
