The pacing was just way off all season. Fewer episodes in the season would have helped that. I think they rushed the first Woodbury attack so that they could have that mid-season finale cliffhanger. Also, maybe there can't be a slow build on The Governor's character for the viewers, but at least for say, Andrea, that could have been done better. "He kidnapped and abused my old friends, kept fish tanks full of walker heads, and his zombified daughter on a leash. Maybe he's still not all bad, though. I'm going back to him".
The scene with Carl shooting the kid was pretty ambiguous. I don't think it makes him out to be a cold blooded killer. In Carl's mind, he did the right thing. And with the way the kid was hesitating, it's hard to say he was wrong. If anything it shows Hershel being soft.
With Andrea and Michonne, I really thought they were going to kiss. Especially after everyone else left the room. Oh well.
That woman they saved, what was it, Karen? Doesn't she have a little resemblance to Lori? Hmm...
