[Max Cow Disease]

It's been an interesting few days since the trade. I've been quite melancholy at times thinking that Iggy truly isn't a Flame any more (especially when I spooled up the tribute video that played at the Dome, etc.), and it was unquestionably bizarre to see him gliding around in a Penguins jersey.

But, here we stand on a Monday, in a new week, and all of that seems to sort of be fading away. The trade deadline's rapidly approaching, and an air of renewal and excitement is starting to take over. I know that many have been using this opportunity to slag Feaster more than anything else, but I'm genuinely optimistic about what the future may hold for this team.
