Which isn't exactly a sure thing. He's got a couple years left on his KHL deal and while it's not impossible to get out of if he really wanted to come to the NHL it is another obstacle that the other top players don't have.
Touted as a "top 5 talent" in this draft and now with the ISS ranking him at 2nd overall I would love for Feaster to try and grab him if he does drop, but not with the Flames own pick. If the Russian Factor does drop him and he's available past that 10th pick Feaster should be doing whatever he can to package that Penguins pick up, or moving some of the veterans, don't really care - longshot, sure but I think worth it. However, with the Flames own pick assuming it's in the top 8 or so I feel there's some great candidates that don't come with that risk. Ff the Flames want this rebuild to turn over quickly they can't risk "wasting" this pick.
