And just because something is mutual doesn't mean you should be able to do it. I can't have a mutual gun fight or knife fight in the same way I can't mutually agree to fight someone on the streets.
If they're going to treat hockey with the same laws as everyone else then they should do it fully and not just when someone gets seriously hurt or dies.
