I've been doing a lot of reading up and watching videos on Nichushkin and here's my take:
Very big, skilled winger with game breaking ability and great hands. Very, very high ceiling. Ranked 2nd overall by ISS, which is a great indication of his skill. Would be glad to draft him with our pick (as long as he's willing to come over asap and does really want to play in the NHL)
