College or junior or European, a 5th round pick is a long shot - especially when no one in the hockey world seems to consider them top prospects, unlike say a Brendan Gallagher who was a 5th but progressed very rapidly.
And I wasn't taking a shot at college players, just responding to a post wondering why their UFA teammates were highly touted yet these guys nothing. Every year a list comes out of college of these guys and every year very few of them make it.
