I have some questions that I have been thinking about that I have seen answered partially in other threads but wanted to see more responses in one place.

This is not a thread to discuss the actual trade and its value. Whats done is done. That being said here we go:

1. There were numerous examples where Jarome was invovled in luring UFA's to Calgary by making calls on behalf of the organization, now that he will no longer be doing so what impact will that have on that market?

2. Jarome made huge charitable contributions namely to Kidsport, now that he is gone who (if any) steps up on that side of the business?

3. Cup win? What impact will a win have on Jarome come July 1. If he get elusive Stanley, where will he land come July 1? If he doesnt where will he land? Will Jarome play for money or will he play to be closer to home? Not saying he comes back a flame but would he consider offers from Edmonton/Calgary (unlikely), Winnipeg? or Vancouver over an East Coast contender?

4. Lastly long term...Jarome is liked probably more than Conroy in the front office of the Flames organization and would likly be offered a role here post hockey life. One thing about him that has always been clear and was evident yesterday in his presser is he is a great political speaker and very diplomatic. I think this will spill over into many areas of use, so what kind of role do you think he would be offered?
