He had a no-movement clause. He got to pick where he went. Plain and simple. For you to try and blame Feaster for it is off base. Again, hate the guy all you want, but don't make up bogus reasons to justify it.
2nd, Crosby can be seen stating out-right on TSN that he hasn't talked to Iggy yet. He said he didn't talk to him prior to this, nor has he talked to him today. He even went so far as to say he was never asked or consulted by the Pens management about this move. It was a (welcomed) surprise is what he said.
You can't just believe everything you hear and try to present it as reasons to criticize people like it's valid and factual.
