The leak (or potential of it) is the one big issue that I was curious about. If the Pens knew Iggy nixed Boston (and it's reasonable to assume they would find out), then their offer from the Pens is really just a professional courtesy to Feaster. At that point they could have offered a bag of pucks and made Feaster come and pick them up from the arena in Pittsburgh.
