If they say we like the offers from LA and Boston does Iginla say nope I want only Pittsburgh. If that was the case then it puts them in a tough spot but it sounds like they said that they liked all 3 offers, Pittsburgh included, and in my view saying that the Pittsburgh offer was acceptable was a bad decision.
i also think there would have been more pressure on Pittsburgh than you do but we will never know without being in the room of each team I guess.

What were Boston and LA offering? You seem to know this so perhaps you'd like to share.
Pittsburgh had very little pressure on them, they were already poised to make a long run and had just picked up Morrow. The pressure to make a deal here was 95-5 on the Flames.
