I agree, to me it 90% falls on management. But I don't feel sorry for Feaster either, he let himself be a puppet, I presume to save his job. I have a hard time respecting that honestly. I know a job is a job...but still. Clearly last year Feaster was very frustrated and knew that change was badly needed, then backed away from that stance literally overnight.
So now Jay is overseeing exactly what he said he didn't want to be a part of, a rebuild.
