For 16 seasons Jarome Iginla has represented this team and city with class and pride.
We are grateful for everything Jarome Iignla has done for us, and during his time we have done everything we can to win a Stanley Cup in Calgary.
WE have missed the playoffs for three straight years, we are in a tight spot to make the playoffs this year, and we have Jarome in the final year of his contract.
We made a recommendation to our ownership group that we would like to trade Jarome.
