Well there's a cost associated with finding replacement services most of the time, and with some things you could lose a lot simply by not having a service provided for the time period it takes to replace, but that's not really applicable here. You could probably come up with a bunch of scenarios where there would be measurable damages. Even if you came up with a way to do it here it's simply not going to happen. We've already seen how this plays out with the likes of Nabokov.
