It has nothing to do with the black drifter, I supported her from the beginning because of zero evidence and no motive.
The prosecutors would have you believe it was a a rift between them over cleaning the house,a sex game gone wrong or that Kercher had refused to take part in an orgy. every time one of these ######ed "motives" were squashed they tried the next one...it was like a 12th century witchhunt from the very beginning.
The Italian Justice should be ashamed of themselves for such rubbish, especially on such a world stage.
