So the Flames should just guarantee him the starting job? That's not how good teams operate. If he doesn't feel confident enough in his abilities to competed for a starting job maybe he should stay in Russia. It's not like Cervenka has been handed ice time when he's not been good and Ramo has to understand it will be the same for him.
