It depends on what's going on behind the scenes. If Iginla is still open to the possibility of re-signing in Calgary and would prefer not to be traded and we're not getting a good return for him, I'm going to enjoy the next month of seeing him as a Flame, and then we'll see how things play out in the summer. If he's requested a trade, then I'd do what I can to move him to a contender.
He's willing to waive his NTC, so he's obviously willing to be traded, but there's a big difference between him telling management to do what they feel they need to do and him telling management that he doesn't want to finish the season in Calgary.
