The fact that is it not regulated that is the main issue. Why do you think a coach gets banned from coaching in their home association?

I agreed that it is certainly an issue, but that doesn't mean that there aren't alternatives within spring hockey that don't have the issues you point out. You're tarring the entirety based on the minority, which is the point I made to you from the start. You think there aren't crap coaches in rugby or lacrosse or any other sport?
