I don't think anyone can truly say whether she was involved, but this is a bit of a joke. Found guilty, successfully appealed, then her appeal is successfully appealed. So if she is found guilty again, can she appeal?
If the US and Washington State refuse to send her over (and they wont send her), would she be susceptible to bounty hunters should she ever decide to set foot in Europe again?
