That was the same year we played Lomond, lost 14-0, but filled 2 1/2 scoresheets up with penalties. We were losing 8-0 after the first and my coach told us that this game was henceforth going to be our "do whatever the f--- you want game". He literally told us to go nuts, do whatever, and led us out of the dressing room yelling "stick em f--- em, let em know you're there!!!" We were all huge slapshot fans, so naturally our top line took the ice at the same time, skated around the rink, and all stooped at center ice simultaneously. The goonery ensued at that point.
Lomond was the #1 team in the league, but after that display they wouldn't play us again, including playoffs (which we obviously didn't make, but whatever).
I miss minor hockey like that sometimes.
