It'll gum up the works if he stays too, IMO. He was a shell of the player he was after he left the first time in his hissy fit, and owes his long term deal and stability on and off the ice completely to Iginla from clicking with him when he returned for Rd 2.
IF Iginla goes, Tanguay will slip even deeper down the depth list as far as confidence and attiude go, which for skilled guys, is as much a part of the receipe for success as soft hands and passing abilty is. Given the term and money he's left owing, that's going to be ugly.
