I don't get why people think goaltending isn't a problem now and in the future for this org. It is a position of need. Sure you can sign a UFA stop-gap but don't people remember the Wregget, Braithwaite, Fuhr, Vernon days?
Again a goaltender in the hand is worth two in the bush.

I think you missed my point. I'd rather focus the return on Iginla being at the forward or blueline position. Teams like LA, Nashville, San Jose.. they don't focus on one guy.. they bring in a plethora of guys and see which guys will rise to the top. I'd much prefer Iginla brought back a couple good prospects then a goalie who I'm not sold on.
I'm not a huge Bernier fan, that's my whole thing.
