Obviously a huge episode this week. Inevitable if you knew the true history of the uprising, but it's another thing to see it actually play out.

I was surprised they didn't let Crixus take out Crassus' son, or Crassus himself, who did die in battle, though not against Spartacus' forces, before bowing out. The guy deserved one last glorious victory before he went to the afterlife, IMO. As always, I tip my hat to the producers for finding a way to work an orgy in in the middle of a war.
