Anything more than a top 4 defender or a top 6 winger out of the draft is gravy.
If you can consistently draft quality depth players with your 1st-3rd round picks, you're laughing.
Backlund's a good example. If that guy turns into a second line centre, he's met the standard for a 15-30 pick.
