As a guy who bases what I purchase more or less on price as I have chosen a life of backpacking, and clothing seems to come and go quite frequently.

Ive become loyal to Helly Hanson for my jackets (light weight, warm). I only buy them when they are 50% off though.

I also think Nike has won my loyalty when it comes to shoes. I purchased a pair of Nikes in November 2011, and still wear them every day. I have been wearing these shoes while walking 10-30km almost every day since.
